Saturday 7am
The kids woke up @ 6 so we went to the park @ 7.We had the whole park to ourselves! I couldn't get them to look
at the camera, they were busy eating a DOUGHNUT.
Avah was so excited. She hadn't had one since last summer @
the park. She woke up this morning complaining of her knee hurting.
That tells me the diet works. She is not supposed to have
doughnuts because there is
wheat in them!!!
